    For the beginners in Yoga

    Please note these things before stepping into yoga programs.


    1. Keep a practice journal
    2. Build yourself as a creative artist in yoga
    3. Find a space in your home itself
    4. Always to define your practice.
    5. Lets put some money for sticky mat.
    6. Balance the postures with relaxation/meditation

    By this do you mean keep a journal listing time spent doing yoga and positions? Similar to a gym exercise routine?
    I've always been interested in beginning yoga and/or meditation but always felt it to be quite intimidating to start as there's so much information and contradictions about what you should be doing.
