hi ... i need some help for getting more information related to diabetic patients foods ... i want you guys ..you give some list of foods those are good for diabetic patient .. i will be really greatful . Thanks

look up "glycemic index". it's related to sugar, and energy and how fast that energy is released from the food. diabetics would want to stick with foods that have a low glycemic index. hope that helps.
