No one answered. The noon-bell rang. Still no one spoke. Frodo glanced at all the faces, but
they were not turned to him. All the Council sat with downcast eyes, as if in deep thought. A great
dread fell on him, as if he was awaiting the pronouncement of some doom that he had long foreseen
and vainly hoped might after all never be spoken. An overwhelming longing to rest and remain at
peace by Bilbo's side in Rivendell filled all his heart. At last with an effort he spoke, and wondered
to hear his own words, as if some other will was using his small voice.
`I will take the Ring,' he said, `though I do not know the way.'

I bet most of you know what this is. It is a paragraph from The Fellowship of the Ring, from the famous Council of Elrond chapter.

I see many of you here, and I know many friends of mine, and we all understand that something is afoot with the world we live in. And I see a lot of toughts here on this very forum about what should we do. Today, however, I wandered on a "why it can not be changed" post. And then I realized.

Talking is nice, planning is better, but what me must do is exactly that - DO! But who will do it?
Fuck me! If no one will, I'll do it!!!!!
I will take the Ring, though I do not know the way.
And this is absolute true. Who am I? I AM NO ONE, just a halfling from Shire. I'm not being cocky here, and saying I will lead the revolution or anything of that sort. I am just saying - ill take the bloody ring, Mordor here I come!!!!!!!!!!

The true question, the true request here is will you be my fellowship? Please?
Frodo made it. After a hard and dangereous journey, but he did, with the help of his companions.
Do I have your bow? Your axe? Your sword?

It is time, my friends, it is time that we climb the Mount Doom and throw the One Ring in to it's fires.
Do leave your thoughts, comments, propositions, or just a smile.

I attend the Davic Icke group in London. My music (http://www.greendreamwagon.com), I base my lyrics on politics, religion, spiritual and cosmic stuff. I'm definitely on the frontlines, as a warrior musician. Protests, demonstrations, any event of importance, I attend. Its still not enough. The best you can do is communicate information to people, but accept that not everyone will understand and follow. You must find those of us who are strong and willing to fight for our rights, our freedoms, and for the balance of the planet as well as the cleansing of the damage that has been done to us and to our environement.

Another thing you can do is distribute CDs/DVDs/Books in open public (like on the streets) on topics such as the New World Order, what's happening in America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, the economy, the wars, the fluoride, the propaganda from a government controlled media, etc.

No, we can do even more. Strong mind is the most powerfull tool in the universe. We must overthrow tiranny of money and greed. As I said - we must destroy the ring...

The Road goes ever on and on
Out from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
Let others follow it who can!
Let them a journey new begin,
But I at last with weary feet
Will turn towards the lighted inn,
My evening-rest and sleep to meet.

"I will take the Ring," he said,
"though I do not know the way."
Elrond raised his eyes and looked at him.........
"This is the hour of the Shire-folk, when they arise
from their quiet fields,
to shake the towers and counsels of the Great.
Who of all the Wise could have foreseen it?"

From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken:
The crownless again shall be king.

All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by frost.

The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

"Yes, yes," said Gollum.
"All dead, all rotten. Elves and Men and Orcs. The Dead Marshes.
There was a great battle long ago, yes, so they told him
when Sméagol was young,
when I was young before the Precious came. It was a great battle.
Tall men with long swords, and terrible Elves, and Orcses shrieking.
They fought on the plain for days and months at the Black Gates.
But the Marshes have grown since then, swallowed up the graves,
always creeping, creeping.

"Precious, precious, precious!" Gollum cried. "My Precious! O my Precious!"
And with that, even as his eyes were lifted up to gloat on his prize,
he stepped too far, toppled, wavered for a moment on the brink,
and then with a shriek he fell.
Out of the depths came his last wail Precious, and he was gone.

There was a roar and a great confusion of noise.
Fires lept up and licked the roof.
The throbbing grew to a great tumult, and the Mountain shook.
Sam ran to Frodo and picked him up and carried him out to the door.
And there upon the dark threshold of the Sammath Naur,
high above the plains of Mordor,
such wonder and terror came on him that he stood still forgetting all else,
and gazed as one turned to stone.

Fire belched from its riven summit.
The skies burst into thunder seared with lightning.
Down like lashing whips fell a torrent of black rain.
And into the heart of the storm, with a cry that pierced all other sounds,
tearing the clouds asunder, the Nazgûl came,
shooting like flaming bolts, as caught in the fiery ruin of hill and sky
they crackled, withered, and went out.

"Well, here at last, dear friends, on the shores of the Sea comes the end
of our fellowship in Middle-earth.
Go in peace!
I will not say: do not weep;for not all tears are an evil."
